The CDE 0001 (Ninette Auto) Bottle Labeller Machine Key Features:
First, it comes with a motorized slat conveyor. Additionally, a touch screen allows for easy control, including a production counting system. Moreover, it includes a label dispenser with manual height regulation of the label roll support, ranging from a minimum labelling height of 5mm to a maximum of 190mm.
Furthermore, the label roll core diameter is 75mm. It dispenses one label as standard. For convenience, a product pusher with rollers accommodates containers with diameters between 40mm and 100mm. Additionally, a product detection sensor enables automatic label application.
Semi-automatic for applying self adhesive labels – Applies up to 1 label (option with possibility of 2 labels) on cylindrical products (glass, PET, PVC). Machine adapted to cylindrical formats with a diameter between 40 mm and 100 mm without additional tools. A Mini Version is available for Diameters of 20mm upwards.
For added utility, it features a rectangular recollection table. Importantly, it is CE certified. This design is particularly suitable for SMEs, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.
