CDE 0007 (SOLO 1500)
It is an automatic labelling machine that can apply a single label to a wide range of cylindrical products (bottles, jars, buckets, cans, flasks, etc.). A timing system allows to reach 25 products/minute (depending on the size of the products and the labels). The labelling station (3-point technique) ensures fast, precise, and efficient application of adhesive labels. An automatic labeller from the Solo range can be used independently or in a complete packaging line. Its ultra-compact size, ease of use, versatility and excellent price/performance ratio have won over hundreds of companies in various industries.
Ideal bottle labelling machine for Small and medium-sized enterprises
The system includes a motorized slat conveyor and a touch screen for easy control, featuring a production counting system. Additionally, the labelling station is mounted on an electric column, allowing the height of the label to be adjusted via the touch screen without requiring manual adjustments or tools.
Furthermore, it accommodates a label roll core diameter of 75mm and dispenses one label as standard. For containers with diameters between 40 and 100mm, a product pusher with rollers ensures smooth operation. Additionally, a product detection sensor facilitates automatic label application.
The cylindrical station’s reel support tray can hold a roll of labels with a standard diameter of 260 mm. Moreover, the station is equipped with a fixed storage cell for storing label outputs.
Finally, the bottle labelling machines are CE certified, with power consumption of 1 kW, depending on the options chosen.

The system offers a stainless-steel conveyor with a choice of chain widths, including 82.6, 114.3, or 190.5 mm. Additionally, there is an aluminium profile conveyor with a chain width of 190 mm, with 82.6 mm as the standard option. To ensure precise product timing, the system features a locking mechanism with options like a double jack, motorized wheel, or selection screw. Furthermore, the cylindrical station extension accommodates reel heights of 285 mm, compared to the standard 155 mm.
Moreover, the system includes a label flap on top and a disengage able tray for added convenience. It also features machined drive rollers and a multi-format platen cylinder, enhancing versatility. Additionally, the rectangular product infeed table can handle up to 24 products, depending on their size. An independent rotary table is available for receiving products with diameters of either 700 or 1000 mm.
Furthermore, the bottle labelling system incorporates a marker/coder to apply use-by dates, barcodes, and other necessary markings. To ensure accurate bottle label alignment, a register cell aligns labels with notches, handles, images, welds, and more. Additionally, an ultrasound cell is provided for transparent labels.
Finally, if your product has protrusions, such as a tin can, using machined rollers becomes essential for optimal performance.
